• Are you happy with what you are doing now? Do you like the field you are in? Are there any real opportunities for growth? Your honest answers to these questions can help you determine if it's time to move on.

2. Brainstorm for career alternatives.

• This is a big one! use the career advice section and do extra research about fields you find interesting. 

3. Do you have the right education?

• As you consider your career options, it's important to make sure you have the proper education.

4. Work to develop you skills.

• Every experience in life can teach you something. Start looking around for opportunities to learn new things.

5. Volunteer.

• Organizations are always looking for volunteers. They can help you wonderful connections.
